CBRE|Hampton Roads has announced that Lumber Liquidators Services LLC has leased 150,000 square feet at 101 Industrial Drive in Suffolk.

Worth Remick and Ashton Williamson handled the transaction for the commercial real estate firm.

In other lease arrangements in the region, Renal Treatment Centers – Mid-Atlantic Inc. renewed its 13,672-square-foot lease at Norfolk Square in Norfolk.

Remick also handled this transaction for CBRE.
