Matthew Fine has served on The Runnymede Corp.'s board of directors for 30 years.

Virginia Beach-based The Runnymede Corp. announced Friday it has named Matthew Fine as president of the family-owned commercial real estate development company.
Fine has been on the company’s board of directors for 30 years and managed a Hampton Roads portfolio for 20 years. He is also a founding director of Townebank Norfolk and is on the board of directors for the Hope House Foundation.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond and his master’s degree from The University of Georgia.
The Runnymede Corp. manages Class A and Class B office, flex space, retail and storage properties in Virginia Beach, Richmond, Florida and New Jersey.
