.American Pallet is relocating its operations from Chester to Richmond.

The company will lease 25,000 square feet of industrial space at 2500 Deepwater Terminal Road.

American Pallet is a manufacturer and supplier of new, used, recycled and refurbished wood pallets. It has been operating in Chester.

Matt Braun of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.
