The New Hope Center for Reproductive Medicine P.C. has leased 18,479 square feet at Ocean Place in Virginia Beach.

Founded in 1997, the center specializes in assisted reproductive technologies.

Ocean Place at 448 Viking Drive is a three-story, Class A office building with a two-story atrium located in the Lynnhaven area.

The property is managed by CBRE|Hampton Roads.

Pat Mugler, senior vice president of CBRE|Hampton Roads represented the tenant in the transaction.
