Divaris Real Estate Inc. has completed 50,000 square feet in retail leases in the Hampton Roads and Richmond markets.
The largest lease was signed with O’Reilly Auto Parts for 12,608 square feet in a former Rite Aid pharmacysite at 3212 Tidewater Drive in Norfolk. The lease was handled on behalf of the landlord, Zimmer Properties No. 5 LLC, by Levi Thompson, vice president in Divaris’ Virginia Beach office. O’Reilly Automotive operates 13 other stores in Hampton Roads.
In the Richmond market, Pleasants Hardware signed a lease for 10,000 square feet at Midlothian Station at 13591 Midlothian Turnpike in Chesterfield County. Sara Goodall and John Madures of Divaris’ Richmond office handled the lease on behalf of the landlord, Midlothian Center LLC.
