Sentara Medical Group has leased 10,405 square feet at Village Shops at Kingsmill located at 1915 Pocahontas Trail in Williamsburg.
The group will consist of two practices: a family medicine practice and a therapy practice. The offices are slated to open in August.
Senior Vice Presidents Tammy Wallman and Bob Saunders of Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord in the transaction.

Givens has leased 49,801 square feet of industrial space at 2620 Indian River Road in Chesapeake. Glenn Gibson handled lease negotiations.
Lockheed Martin Corp. renewed its lease on 11,713 square feet of office space at 1801 Sara Drive in Chesapeake. Scott Godbout, Sr. handled lease negotiations.
Schock Metal America Inc. leased 16,400 square feet of industrial space at 1230 Scholastic Way in Chesapeake. Chip Worley handled lease negotiations for this deal for and Southeast Connections LLC. It leased 20,504 square feet of industrial space at 4550 Bainbridge Blvd. in Chesapeake.
