S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. said Wednesday that Michael P. Zarpas has joined its Norfolk office as vice president, retail brokerage and development.
Zarpas comes to S.L. Nusbaum with an extensive background in commercial real estate. His past experience includes serving as top retail producer with GVA Advantis and Robinson Sigma Commercial Real Estate (now C.B. Richard Ellis).
In 1999, he formed Global Real Estate Investment Inc., a commercial real estate firm specializing in the leasing, sales, acquisition, management, and development of commercial properties in the mid-Atlantic region. Zarpas handled the daily operation and management of the business including business development, investor relations, investment strategies, development projects, tenant representation, leasing and investment sales.
At Nusbaum, he will focus on leasing, sales and development of retail properties in North Carolina and Virginia.
