Richmond-based Williams Mullen, the state’s third-largest law firm, has promoted Billie Jo Brooks to chief administrative officer and Brett Harn as chief financial officer.
“Billie Jo and Brett both bring valuable experience and insight to areas critical to Williams Mullen’s operations,” Williams Mullen COO Craig Rascoe said in a statement released Thursday. “We look forward to all that they will accomplish for the firm in their expanded roles.”
Brooks, who has worked for Williams Mullen for more than 25 years, will be responsible for office administration, information technology, facilities management, records and research services. She formerly served as the firm’s director of technology and information services, director of knowledge management and director of library services.
Harn, who has more than 24 years of experience in accounting and finance, will oversee the firm’s daily accounting functions, compliance, regulatory requirements and the preparation of financial reports and analyses.
