Communication Resources Inc. (CRI) has signed a 19,216-square-foot, long-term lease at 8280 Greensboro Drive in McLean.
“CRI will relocate within the building, which will allow greater efficiency and create a workplace environment that fits their corporate brand,” Chad Arnold, senior vice president for Colliers International, said in a statement. He and two other Colliers’ brokers, Warren Mayberry, and Andy Klaff, negotiated the lease on CRI’s behalf.
Colliers also will provide project management services, overseeing the design and construction of the space.
CRI is a technology-management consulting firm serving federal, state and local government clients nationwide with security, business, and technology solutions.
