Don Crigger named one of CBRE’s top producers for 2012

Don Crigger, an executive vice president in the Hampton Roads office of CBRE, has been recognized as one of the top 225 producers nationwide for 2012 by CBRE, Group Inc.  According to CBRE, a Fortune 500 company based out of Los Angeles,  the group represents “our most extraordinary producers in
North America.”

In addition, Crigger was the No. 1 producer for CBRE|Hampton Roads and in the company’s Mid-South Region. He was the broker behind the largest lease deal in Hampton Roads last year with a long-time client, Amerigroup (which was acquired by Wellpoint) signing a 315,000-square-foot lease in the Concourse building in Norfolk.

Crigger has 26 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in office brokerage and corporate advisory services. He represents landlords and tenants in office, office /warehouse and medical office properties. He also represents buyers and sellers of office buildings throughout Hampton Roads.
