General Forwarding American Inc. (GFA) has leased 109,180 square feet of industrial space at 1157 Production Road in Norfolk. The freight and logistics company, based out of Gardena, Calif., is new to the Hampton Roads market. Andrew Myers of S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in Norfolk represented the landlord.
In other deals for S. L. Nusbaum in Hampton Roads:
• West Marine leased 22,350 square feet of retail space at Loehmann’s Plaza in Virginia Beach. Michael Gurley represented the landlord.
• Southeast Connections LLC leased a 20,504-square-foot office/warehouse building at 4550 Bainbridge Blvd. in Chesapeake. Stephanie Sanker represented the landlord.
• Robert’s Furniture and Mattress leased a 13,412-square-foot free standing retail building on Richmond Road in Williamsburg. Michael Myers handled the transaction.
