Transnational Foods Inc. has renewed a 141,050-square-foot lease at Diamond Hill Distribution Center in Chesapeake. The company has several distribution centers throughout the U.S. It offers supermarkets, wholesalers, dollar stores and distributors a range of products through its own brands and private labels.
Diamond Hill Distribution Center includes four buildings with more than 700,000 square feet. According to the Hampton Roads office of CBRE, the center is about 97 percent leased. Worth Remick and Ashton Williamson of CBRE/Hampton Roads handled the transaction.
In other deals for the Hampton Roads CBRE office:
Lumber Liquidators Services LLC leased 88,175 square feet at 200 West Park Lane in Hampton.
ART FX Inc. leased 40,000 square feet at Virginia Regional Commerce Park in Suffolk.
Alorica Inc. leased 33,588 square feet at Norfolk Commerce Center in Norfolk.
Navy Federal Credit Union leased 10,800 square feet at Collins Square Shopping Center in Virginia Beach.
