Parrott Properties has bought 82,964 square feet of space for an undisclosed price at 3666 Progress Road in Norfolk from International Paper. William E. King and Robert R. Beasley Jr. of Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. Robert Thornton of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the seller.

The building’s tenant, Tidewater Fleet Supply, is expanding operations at the location. Established in 1953, the company is an automotive, truck and heavy equipment parts distributor serving customers in Southeastern Virginia, Richmond and Northeastern North Carolina from five warehouses in Chesapeake, Hampton, Norfolk, Virginia Beach and Richmond. It is Hampton Roads’ largest parts distributor specializing in fleet parts and supplies.
