Murray Rosenbach has been named director of shopping center leasing at Norfolk-based S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co.
He is a partner and senior vice president with the firm.
Rosenbach has been with the company since 1979. Over the years, he has provided leasing services for numerous retail centers throughout the Hampton Roads region.
As director of shopping center leasing, Rosenbach will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Shopping Center Leasing Department and supervise leasing for the company’s shopping center portfolio, which includes more than 60 centers throughout the region.
S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. manages, develops and provides brokerage services for shopping centers, apartment communities, office, industrial, land and investment properties throughout the mid-Atlantic.
