Citybizlist in Washington, D.C. reports that One Flint Hill, a six-story, 132,000-square-foot office building in Fairfax County will undergo a major interior and exterior remodeling with completion scheduled for May.

One Flint Hill is located within the campus of Flint Hill Park, an office and residential development, located at the intersection of I-66 and Route 123 (Chain Bridge Road).

Besides One Flint Hill, the park includes Four Flint Hill, a 160,000-square-foot office building and The Falls at Flint Hill, a 246-unit apartment community. The buildings were developed by Lerner, which also manages them.

One Flint Hill will get an updated façade with a granite entry plaza, site lighting and concrete pavers surrounding the building as well as a new lobby with white marble flooring.

Restrooms and elevator cabs also will be renovated along with the building’s window blinds. In addtion, Lerner is adding food and beverage vending onsite.

About 9,000 square feet is available for lease on the lobby level, as well as multiple contiguous full floors on the upper levels each with floor plates of 22,000 square feet.

The building is near shopping and dining options at Oakton Shopping Center, Fair Oaks Mall and Fairfax Corner.
