Divaris Real Estate announced several transactions from September, including the sale of a 30,000-square-foot building in Airline Business Park in Portsmouth for $1.5 million. Levi Thomson represented the buyer, Bbgrealestate Hampton Roads LLC, which purchased the property from Commercial Building Associates.
In Richmond, Hook Properties LLC purchased a 3,000-square-foot warehouse at 3000 W. Clay St. for $750,000 from Three Thousand West Clay Street LLC. Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the buyer.
In Virginia Beach, Tesla leased 9,580 square feet of retail space at 573 Central Drive, which is set to become a Tesla service center. Levi Thomson represented the tenant.
