Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has completed two deals totaling 32,158 square feet of office space at Lakeview Center in the Innsbrook Corporate Center in Henrico County. Major capital improvements are underway at the four-story, lakefront, 63,000-square-foot building at 4800 Cox Road, formerly the headquarters for Owens & Minor.
Wine wholesaler and importer, The Country Vintner Inc., has leased 17,866 square feet for its company headquarters. Free Agents Marketing LLC has taken 14,292 square feet—the entire first floor – -for the relocation of its marketing, public relations and advertising agency.
Mark E. Douglas and Mac Wilson represented the landlord, B.H. Management and are the exclusive leasing agents for the building.
