.Dominion Shoppes, a shopping center in Henrico County, has been sold for $8.5 million.
Dominion Shoppes LLC bought the 13,550-square-foot retail center at 4101 Dominion Blvd. in Glen Allen as an investment.
Dominion GA LLC was the seller.
The Dominion Shoppes, which are on 2.46 acres near the entrance of the Innsbrook Corporate Center, is 100 percent leased.
The shopping center was fully leased at the time of sale. Its current tenants include Starbucks, Whitley’s Peanut Factory, Blaze Pizza and Noodles & Company.
Connie Jordan Nielsen and Alicia Brown of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
