Divaris Real Estate Inc. announced a number of notable Hampton Roads deals.
Michael D. Silfen bought for $4.2 million a 37.9-acre parcel at Harbourview Boulevard and Hampton Roads Parkway in Suffolk. Divaris Assistant Vice President David Redmond and Associate Broker Levi Thomson represented the seller, Harbourview Partners.
Dunkin Donuts dropped $1.025 million for a 3,412-square-foot commercial building at 5284 Providence Road in Virginia Beach from Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. George Fox of Divaris represented the buyer.
In addition to the sales there were two sizable renewals.
Food Lion renewed its lease for 30,280 square feet of retail space in York River Crossing at 2353 York Crossing Drive in Hayes.
And Fortis College renewed its lease for 26,111 square feet of office space at 6300 Center Drive in Norfolk. Divaris’ Elizabeth Paasch, Michael Divaris and Jason Oliver represented the landlord.
