An office building in Chesterfield County has been sold for $1.4 million.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer said 2700 Polo Parkway LLC bought the 17,017 square foot building at 2700 Polo Parkway.

The property is situated on 4.16 acres of land.

Pete Waldbauer and John Pritzlaff of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller, who was not identified.
