A Richmond-based distillery has ordered another round for its current location.

Belle Isle Craft Spirits has renewed its lease of 14,400 square feet at 615 Maury St. in Manchester.

Isaac DeRegibus of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations. He said Belle Isle moved into the location in 2014.

Vince Riggi, Brian Marks and Alex Wotring founded Belle Isle Craft Spirits in 2013. The Richmond-based company is on pace to sell about 12,500 cases of moonshine this year.
