Leigh Sewell has been named CEO of three Richmond-area medical facilities, Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center, Bon Secours Richmond Community Hospital and Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing.
Sewell currently is senior vice president of strategic operations for Bon Secours Virginia. Her new appointment is effective on Sept. 5.
Since joining Bon Secours in 2006, Sewell has served in leadership roles in materials management, physician relations and the medical staff office. She also served as chief of staff to the CEO of Bon Secours Virginia.
As senior vice president of strategic operations, she has been responsible for service line strategy; strategic communications; rehabilitation operations; behavioral health operations; the project management office and critical care transportation services.
