The Greater Richmond Partnership Inc. (GRP) said Friday that it has promoted Bethany Miller to vice president of domestic investment. The appointment is effective July 1.
GRP is a regional economic development organization for Richmond and the counties of Chesterfield, Hanover and Henrico.
Miller currently is the vice president of business development. In her new role, Miller will lead strategy for recruiting domestic-based companies and oversee two staff members. Miller will work in partnership with the vice president of global investment, Olga Molnar.
Miller has worked for the Greater Richmond Partnership since 2013. Prior to that, she worked at the local level of economic development for communities in Ohio and Virginia and at the state level for Virginia’s Department of Housing and Community Development.
Miller currently serves on the Boards of the International Economic Development Council and the Greater Richmond Association of Commercial Real Estate.
