Digital Intelligence Systems LLC (DISYS) announced Tuesday it has entered into an agreement to acquire Xtreme Consulting Group.
DISYS, a McLean-based managed services and IT staffing firm, said the acquisition will add 50 new clients and add technical test administration and online platform training services to its offering.
Xtreme, based in Kirkland, Wash., is a talent and IT solutions company with operations throughout the U.S. The company’s revenue exceeded $76 million in 2017 and has more than 550 employees in the U.S.
After the acquisition, DISYS is expected to have about 3,600 employees. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
“This acquisition is an important milestone in DISYS’ strategic growth plan, scaling our revenues and adding technical capabilities previously unavailable to our clients within our service offering,” Mahfuz Ahmed, CEO of DISYS, said in a statement.
