Monday Properties, a real estate investment firm with properties in the Washington, D.C, market, announced that Evan Dreilinger has joined the firm as senior vice president, general counsel.
In the newly created role, Dreilinger will oversee all legal matters for the company, which has offices in Washington, New York and Los Angeles.
According to Monday Properties, Dreilinger has 18 years of experience in commercial real estate and has completed more than $10 billion in real estate transactions in multiple disciplines.
Before joining Monday, Dreilinger was the senior vice president, associate general counsel of Gramercy Property Trust, an industrial real estate investment trust.
Dreilinger received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
