Virginia Beach-based foundation repair company JES Companies (JES) has named Steve Frey president of Virginia operations.
Frey will be responsible for the performance of company operations across five branches in Virginia, in Virginia Beach, Chester, Salem, Appomattox and Manassas. His responsibilities will include production, planning, scheduling, recruiting, training and quality assurance as well as leading further Virginia market development and expansion.
Before joining JES, Frey was a partner at private equity firm Succession Capital Partners, chief financial officer of Alchemy Global Holdings, managing director at private equity firm Winston Partners and vice president of mergers and acquisitions at JP Morgan.
Frey holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from U.Va.’s Darden Graduate School of Business.
JES now serves Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, North Carolina, Indiana, South Carolina, and Georgia.
