Jason Guillot has joined Thalhimer Realty Partners (TRP) Inc. as a principal. TRP is the investment and development subsidiary of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
According to the Richmond-based firm, Guillot has more than 10 years of experience in brokerage and development. During his career as a broker with Thalhimer, Guillot worked with property owners to create and execute leasing strategies for an array of office and medical properties.
He also was responsible for acquiring and managing the redevelopment of several projects including three medical office buildings and the Westhampton On Grove mixed-use project.
In his new position, Guillot will focus on the growth of TRP’s office, medical and mixed-use portfolio and will assist with asset management of TRP’s existing holdings.
Guillot is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. He also serves on the board of Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE) and is the incoming president of the Westhampton Merchants Association.
