Mishorim Gold Richmond LP has selected Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer to provide property management services for the Shops at the Arboretum.
The 103,391-square-foot neighborhood center is on Midlothian Turnpike, near Powhite Parkway, in Chesterfield County.
The Shops at the Arboretum is anchored by Gold’s Gym, with other tenants including Starbucks, Window World and SushiKing. The center is adjacent to the 500,000-square-foot Arboretum Office Park.
