Lightfoot Road Hospitality LLC has purchased two class A office buildings in the Innsbrook Corporate Center in Henrico County for $6.2 million. According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which brokered the sale, Lightfoot bought the buildings from Banks Richmond Limited Partnership as an investment. Both buildings are vacant and available for lease.

One building, 4240 Cox Road, is a 38,676-square-foot, two-story corporate headquarters building built in 2000. The other building, 4300 Cox Road, is a 69,620-square- foot, three-story office building built in 1989.

Thalhimer’s Evan M. Magrill, N. Dean Meyer and Christopher E. Rouzie handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer and the seller.
