CBRE|Hampton Roads has named Chris Kiernan head of its Healthcare Services Group.
Kiernan’s specialty includes representing landlords and tenants in the leasing of medical properties throughout Hampton Roads.
He has completed over 500 lease transactions worth more than $450 million and has been named a top producing broker by the Commercial Real Estate Alliance every year since 2001.
CBRE|Hampton Roads also announced the promotion of Jeff Fritz to vice president in the firm’s Retail Investment Sales division.
Fritz has 13 years of commercial real estate experience, serving both national and regional organizations. He will be responsible for supervising retail investment sales activity in the Hampton Roads area.
Fritz has a bachelor’s of science degree in marketing management from Virginia Tech.
