Fellowship Square Foundation has awarded S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. with management responsibilities for the foundation’s senior-living portfolio, which includes 667 units in five communities.
The communities are designed for independent seniors over age 62 with limited incomes, as well as persons with disabilities. They are:
Hunters Woods, Reston: 222 one-bedroom units and ADA (Americans with Disability Act) accessible apartment units, a social hall and other common areas.
Lake Anne I & II, Reston: 240 efficiency, studio and one-bedroom apartment units, common areas and a social hall.
Lake Ridge, Woodbridge: 99 one-bedroom and accessible apartment units, a social hall and other common areas.
Largo Landing, Upper Marlboro, Md.: 106 one- bedroom and accessible apartment units, a social hall, common areas and other amenities.
Fellowship Square Foundation is a nonprofit, faith-based organization based in Reston that advocates for supportive and affordable housing for seniors.
S.L.Nusbaum, based in Norfolk, currently manages over 22,000 apartment homes in more than 140 communities throughout the mid-Atlantic.
