A new Macado’s restaurant is coming to Vinton.

According to Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group in Roanoke, the restaurant chain purchased the former Vinton Library at 800 Washington Ave. in Vinton for $700,000. It plans
open a new restaurant at the site after the building is renovated.

The Poe & Cronk team of Bryan Musselwhite, Matt Huff, Thom Hubard, and Dennis Cronk represented the Roanoke County Board of Supervisors in the sale of the property.

Barry Ward of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer, MHM Investments LLC.
