Two-acre site in Charlottesville sells for $1.6 million

Westminster-Canterbury of The Blue Ridge, a continuing care retirement community, has purchased a two-acre site at the corner of Route 250 and Pantops Mountain Road in Charlottesville for $1.6 million.

The seller was a local landowner, Peter Jefferson Overlook LLC.

John Pritzlaff of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller. He said the land is near the entrance leading up to Westminster Canterbury’s facility.
