Progressive Distribution Centers Inc. has renewed its lease of 52,000 square feet of industrial space in Richmond.

Progressive Distribution’s site is located at 2913 Transport Street.

Bobby Phillips of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.
