Cochrane USA buys Spotsylvania facility for $3.2 million

Cochrane USA Inc. has bought a Spotsylvania County building as its new North American plant location.

The commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer said Cochrane bought a 91,504-square-foot industrial property situated from New Mill Capital for $3.2 million.

The property is located on 8.76 acres at 3551 Lee Hill Drive in Spotsylvania.

Cochrane makes perimeter security barriers that are used to protect critical assets.

Virgil G. Nelson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller. Thomas Raines, also with Thalhimer, represented the buyer.
