Williamsburg Marketcenter, a regional community shopping center at 6610 Mooretown Road, is for sale. CBRE|Hampton Roads has been selected as the exclusive representative for the transaction.
Developed in 2006, the property includes 175,760 square feet of retail space that is currently anchored by Ross Dress for Less and Dollar Tree.
Located not far away are some key economic drivers including Sentara Regional Hospital, Williamsburg Premium Outlets, Busch Gardens, and the Historic Triangle.
“Williamsburg Marketcenter presents investors with a truly unique opportunity to acquire a Class A retail asset with significant upside in a growing community. The center has been impeccably maintained,” Kris Knepper, vice president of investment Properties for CBRE|Hampton Roads, said in a statement.
Kris Knepper will represent the seller in conjunction with R. William Kent and Ryan Sciullo of CBRE’s Washington D.C. office.
