CBRE|Richmond announced Monday it has been tapped to market and sell 109 acres of the industrial property at 3021-3205 Commerce Road in Richmond for $11.75 million.
The site currently contains 2.6 million square feet of warehouse space and is within two miles of the Richmond Marine Terminal. It also is near the Bells Road and Interstate 95 interchange and has half mile of exposure on Interstate 95.
Matt Anderson and Rob Dirom have been selected to represent the seller, Alleghany Warehouse Co. Inc.
