Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer awarded management of four-building portfolio in Hampton Roads

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected as the exclusive commercial property management firm for four properties in southside Hampton Roads.

The largest is Holland Plaza, a 70,000-square-foot shopping center, located at 1244 Holland Road in Suffolk. Also in the portfolio is 5900 Thurston Ave., a 28,000-square-foot industrial building in Virginia Beach; 400-414 Newtown Road, a 15,525-square-foot retail building in Virginia Beach; and 6586 Tidewater Drive, a 14,561-square- foot retail building in Norfolk.

The property management team of Todd F. Taylor and Mary A. Yelinek of Thalhimer’s Virginia Beach office will be responsible for the management of the properties.
