Dallas based Associa Community Group has been named the managing agent for the Kingsmill Community Services Association in Williamsburg.
On Jan. 1, Associa began providing management services, including financial, community management, communications and administrative services plus financial administration of the community’s private police force.
Located on the James River, Kingsmill is a 2,400-home golfing and resort community. It is home to full-time residents, vacationers and frequent rental guests.
The community offers gated security and private law enforcement along with three recreation centers, numerous playgrounds, access to local lakes, swimming pools, golf, spa and dining options.
