Performance Food Group Inc. renewed and expanded into 29,411 square feet of space at 8720 Stony Point Parkway in Richmond. Scott Harrison and Adam Lawson of JLL represented the tenant.
The Richmond-based company, one of the largest food service distributors in the country, went public in late September following an IPO that raised $292 million.
In other transactions for JLL in the Richmond region:
· Industrial Supply Solutions leased 10,800 square feet at 957-B Myers St. in Richmond. Danny Holly of JLL represented the tenant.
· American Expediting Co. leased 9,900 square feet at 4715 Richneil Road. Jake Servinsky and Scott Keeton of JLL represented the tenant.
