The commercial real estate advisory firm Newmark Grubb Knight Frank has leased 70,000 square feet of office space at Stafford Commerce Center and Stafford Commerce Park.
Tenants leasing at least 10,000 square feet include: IPKeys Technologies LLC, 19,828 square feet; The Bowen Group,14,198 square feet; ECS Federal LLC, 13,497 square feet; and MLT Systems LLC., 10,444 square feet.
Tenants leasing smaller spaces include: Technology Service Corp., Raytheon Co., GID Solutions LLC and Northrop Grumman.
Stafford Commerce Center and Stafford Commerce Park represent a six-building, 267,000-square foot office portfolio located in Stafford.
The center is located within two miles of the Marine Corps Base Quantico and Interstate 95.
