SGC Properties LLC has purchased 240 Business Park Drive in Virginia Beach for $1.6 million.
Jason Oliver and Alex Divaris of the Investment Sales Group of Divaris Real Estate Inc. in Virginia Beach represented the buyer, a property management company based in Baltimore, in negotiations with the seller, RST 240 Business Park LLC.
According to Divaris, the property is a 16,678-square-foot, two-story office building. It is fully leased to tenants including Tidewater Psychotherapy Services and Studio Center Total Production. The building is located in the Newtown/Witchduck office submarket at Virginia Beach’s border with Norfolk.
