In June 2025, Rabil, the grandson of the founders of Hubbard Peanut Co., the maker of Hubs peanuts, became the company’s new president and CEO. He succeeded his mother, who moved into the role of executive adviser. Most recently, Rabil was the company’s director of sales and marketing. During his tenure, Rabil has developed strategic marketing partnerships with PGA Tour events, expanded wholesale partnerships and hired more full-time employees.
