2025 Virginia C-Suite Awards Application



To be considered for this the 2025 Virginia C-Suite Awards, each nominee must complete an application by February 28, 2025. Each nominee has the opportunity to submit up to 3 optional letters of reference. These should be emailed to [email protected] with the subject 2025 Virginia C-Suite Awards references. The only information included in the judging packet will be a nomination, application and up to 3 optional letters of reference. Complete this form to apply to the inaugural Virginia C-Suite Awards. Please know that all fields are required. Thank you for your time and contribution to the community.

Eligibility:

  • - Must be employed in the State of Virginia.

  • - Must hold a C-suite or equivalent position (CEO, COO, CFO, chief people officer, chief legal officer, executive director, owner, etc.)

  • - Must demonstrate significant professional accomplishment within your category.

  • - May be nominated by self or another person.

Please note: Information provided in this application may be used in the awards publication. If there is any information you provide in your answers that you don’t want publicized, please indicate this clearly on your application

  • For example: "Jay-Cubs" for "Jacobs"
  • Please type the name of your company as how you would like to see it in print

  • List most recent first and include degree, institution and year graduated. (Ex. Master of Business Administration, University of Maryland, 2000)
  • List the most recent position first, including start and end dates and title (Ex. 2008-Present, Enterprise Homes Inc., President)
  • List most recent first and include the year, corporation and position (if applicable) (Ex. 2004-2005, Polo Ralph Lauren Corp.)
  • Limit to past 10 years, list most recent first and include year, position held and organization. (Ex. 2004, President, Literacy Works, Maryland Chapter)
  • What awards/honors have you been most proud to receive? List most recent first and include year, award/honor name and awarding institution. (Ex. 2006, Maryland's Top 100 Women, The Daily Record)
  • Provide a brief description of your leadership style and vision for your organization. Especially focus on your philosophy for leading people and managing through tough economic times.
  • Provide a brief description of your particular strengths in regard to competitiveness and innovation. Be as specific as possible about innovative ideas that have come to fruition under your leadership; results of the innovations and how they have helped your organization stay competitive in the marketplace.
