A 19,000-square-foot office-warehouse building in Virginia Beach has been sold for $1.28 million.

The commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer said the property, 3440 Chandler Creek Road, was bought by Tuscan Décor LLC from Murray Farms LLC.

The building, which sits on a one-acre plot, consists of five suites.

Tuscan Décor will occupy one suite of about 3,125 square feet. Three other suites are currently occupied, leaving one available for lease.
