Ikea supplier leases more than 50,000 square feet in Danville
EBI LLC, an Ikea supplier, leased 56,500 square feet of industrial space in Limborgh II Warehouse at 2117 Halifax Road in Danville. George Lupton and Norman Moon of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord, Luning Prak Ltd.
In another transaction for Thalhimer, Nexstar Broadcasting Group leased 14,413 square feet in Valley Point Building 5 at 5305 Valleypark Drive in Roanoke. Price Gutshall handled the lease negotiations.
