At Qantm Creative, a Norfolk-based marketing and advertising agency, Smith drives new business development, manages client accounts across multiple industries and fosters strategic partnerships. A Pace University graduate, Smith is a speaker for Envision Lead Grow, a nonprofit focused on empowering young women through entrepreneurship, and serves as co-director of strategic engagement on the Hampton Roads Chamber’s tHRive Young Professionals board.
